MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, NAY 23, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members D'Acquisto, Sanders and Patterson, Ald. Misko, Ald. Suhr, Ald. Salentine,
Ald. Rasmussen and City Clerk Jean Marenda.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on 5/19/95 in
accordance with.the Open Meeting Law requirements.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve Temporary Operator's Licenses
for James Heiden and Michael Congemi. Seconded by Ald. Sanders,
motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve Gathering Permit for Muskego
Jaycees for June 10 and June 11, 1995, 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M., at Bluhm Park. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Review of Letter of Credit & Cost Breakdown for CCV (Champions
Village was deferred until the June 7, 1995 meeting.
The Committee discussed with City Clerk Marenda her memorandum
of May 17, 1995, advising that Asst. Bookkeeper Tammy La Borde
has requested a Leave of Absence effective'June 13, 1995, for up
to six weeks in order to have hip replacement surgery. Tammy is not eligible for Family Medical Leave because she is a part-time
employee, working less than 1,000 hours per year. City Clerk
Mar&da is also asking approval to allow employees to donate any
of their banked sick time to Tammy. Ald. Sanders moved to
approve requests. Seconded by Ald. D'Acquisto, motion carried
3-o.
Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in
the amount of $1,223,219.58, Tax Refunds in the amount of
$1,331,589.88 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$289,716.08. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
