MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, APRIL 11, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Sanders
and Dumke, Ald. D'Acquisto and Ald. Misko.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on Friday, April
7, 1995, in accordance with.the Open Meeting Law.
Further discussion and review of Subdivider's Agreement and
Letter of Credit for Agenten CSM was removed from the agenda.
The Committee reviewed the three separate Offers to Purchase for
easements for the Southeast Sewer Lift Station. Ald. Sanders
moved to recommend approve with the addition of fifteen (15)
days acceptance of Offers and a thirty (30) days closing date.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of the following:
General Vouchers: $323,357.11
Utilities Vouchers: $402,149.50
Tax Refunds: $ 1,359.40
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
