FCM19950308FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF NDSKEGG MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, MARCH 8, 1995 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Dumke and Sanders. The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on March 6, 1995, in accordance with the Open Meeting Law. Ald. Sanders moved to approve the following applications for Operator's Licenses subject to receipt of fees, favorable police report and verification of schooling: Carrie Weis Kevin Bennett Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Roy Cali Mr. Richard Bennett appeared before the Committee to discuss his Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License premise description as he wishes to amend premise to include only that area inside the Club House at Big Muskego Lake Gun Club. Ald. Patterson moved to approve amended premise description. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. There was no new information for Subdivider's Agreement-CCV (Champions Village). The Committee review Deposit & Forfeiture Schedule for Chapter 11 along with a memorandum from City Clerk Marenda dated March 6, 1995 advising that with the proposed amendment to Chapter 11 (refuse hauler permits), a fine needs to be created to be added to the deposit and forfeiture schedule if the designated agent does not provide the necessary application and permit information to the Clerk within 24 hours of issuance, as called for in the Ordinance. Ald. Patterson moved to approve a $50.00 fine. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Patterson moved to approve the following Release of,Funds: Kimberly Estates (Engineering Bills) Kimberly Estates (utilities) :48,%::% Lakewood Meadows Add. #l (Eng.) $ 2,191.46 Lake Ridge North (Eng.) $ 1,980.32 Lakeview Highlands (storm sewer, etc) $15,619.87 Lakeview Highlands-North (storm sewer) $17,811.54 Seconded by Ald.
