MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 28, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Sanders and Dumke,
Ald. Woodard, Ald. D'Acquisto and Ald. Misko. Committee Members
Patterson was absent.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on 2/24/95 in
accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
Mr. Keith Manson appeared before the Committee to discuss his
Claim for Excessive Assessment. Correspondence from Assessor
Laura Mecha was reviewed, dated February 23,1995, which states
that the difference between Mr. Manson's claim and assessed
value was 3% which is well under the 10% variance allowed by the
State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue. Ald. Sanders moved to
recommend denial of Claim. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to approve the following vouchers:
General Vouchers $304,682.62
Utility Vouchers $111,178.97
Tax Refunds $5,184,111.45
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
