MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JANUARY 10, 1995
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Dumke and Sanders, Ald. Woodard, Ald. D'Acquisto, Ald. Misko and Ald. Taube.
The Committee noted that the meeting was posted on January 6,
1995, in compliance with the Open Meeting Law.
The Committee reviewed the status of an Operator's License for
Jeanne Geddes (6 month review) and noted no record of any complaint or violation.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve a Refuse Haulers Permit for the
following for the License year July 1, 1994 through June 30,
1995:
Lake Environmental Services JMS Trucking, Inc.
6819 S. Howell Avenue P. 0. BOX 779 Oak Creek, WI 53154 Hales Corners, WI 53138
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed purchase of two (2) City Entrance 6
Service Signs to complete signage for City's major entrances
which was approved through the 1995 Capital Budget. Seconded by
Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request from Information Systems Director
Joe Sommers to replace a Personal Computer which had a hard disk
crash earlier this week. Joe is recommending purchasing a new
PC with a three year warranty from funds allocated for AS/400
Upgrade in the 1995 Capital Budget. Ald. Patterson moved to
defer approval to obtain further price information. Seconded by
Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve the following requests for
Release of Funds: Foxboro Subdivision $ 40.00
Lakewood Meadows Addn. #l $837.32
Kimberly Estates $658.77
Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in
the amount of $556,266.22, Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$36,716.42, and Tax Refunds $227,750.81. Seconded by Ald.
Patterson, motion carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to adjourn at 7:25 P.M.
