MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:15 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson and
Dumke, Ald. Misko, Ald. Woodard, Ald. Taube, Ald. D'Acquisto and
those per the attached list. Committee Member Sanders was
absent.
The meeting notice was posted on November 4, 1994, in accordance with the Open Meeting Law.
Review of Hauler's Permits for Superior Environmental Services
was removed from the agenda and will be addressed at the Common
Council meeting following this meeting.
The Committee reviewed application for Revolving Fund received
from Spectrum Aluminum. Mr. Phil Cosson, SEWRPC, explained that
this is a request for a five (5) year loan totalling $45,000
with one year's interest at 6% and the following four (4) years' interest at prime, plus 2%. Aid. Patterson moved to recommend
approval subject to receipt of environmental air quality
permit. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $530,578.65 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$147,075.99. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:28 P.M.
