MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 13, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson and
Sanders, Aid. Woodard, Ald. D'Acquisto, Ald. Misko and Ald.
Taube.
Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of Operator's License
for Thomas Kennedy who was interviewed by Mayor De Angelis on September 12, 1994, subject to receipt of fees, favorable police
report and verification of required schooling. Seconded by Ald.
Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve a Gathering Permit for St.
Leonard's Audition '94 to be held Saturday, September 23 and
Sunday, September 24, 1994. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion
carried.
Review of Letter of Credit for MS1 Development was removed from
the agenda at the request of the petitioner.
Ald. Sanders moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $849,513.80 and Utilities Vouchers in the amount of
$61,360.74. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
