MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JULY 26, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:02 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Sanders and
Patterson, and Ald. D'Acquisto.
The Committee reviewed revised Offer to Purchase for the Water
Reservoir Site on Hillendale Drive. Ald. Sanders moved to
recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Letters of Credit for Lake Forest
Original, Lake Forest Add #l, Lake Forest Add #2, and Plum Creek
Original but no action was taken.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve General Vouchers in the amount
of $290,478.35, Utility Vouchers in the amount of $45,796.36 and
Tax Refunds in the amount of $688.61. Seconded by Aid. Dumke,
motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve Maintenance Agreement for
Blueprints, Inc. for the Plan Department in the amount of
$200.00. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
