MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, JULY 6, 1994
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Sanders, Dumke and
Patterson (arrived at 7:20 P.M.) and those per the attached list.
Ald. Sanders moved to approve the following applications for
Operator's Licenses subject to verification of school, submittal
of fees and receipt of favorable police report:
John Schmidt Margaret Franson
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed minutes of previous meeting held June 22,
1994, and clarified minutes to read that there was no mention of
a completion timetable in letter about environmental assessment
study for the property.
There was nothing new on the Subdivider's Agreement for Country
Club Villages.
Attorney Brian Lanser, Quarles & Brady, appeared before the
Committee to explain Amendment to "Petition for Improvements and
Agreement Regarding Special Assessments" between Country Club
Villages, Inc. and the City of Muskego. Mr. Scott Krause was
also present. Ald. Patterson moved to recommend placing Reso.
#147-94 - Approval of Amendment to "Petition for Improvements
and Agreement Regarding Special Assessments" between Country
Club Villages, Inc. and City of Muskego" back on Council for
July 12, 1994, in order to discuss and clarify agreement for all
Aldermen not in attendance at this meeting. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee deferred action on review of roof repair for the
City Hall/Library and Police Department until the July 20, 1994
meeting .
The Committee further discussed HWY L off-road Extension (Lannon
Drive-Parkland South-Recreational Trail) and reviewed
correspondence from the City Engineers dated July 6, 1994,
outlining a scope of services and engineering fee estimate for
the above referenced project. Ald. Sanders moved to recommend
approval of Plan B, at a total projected cost of $18,600, to
complete the project without grant money, avoid public bidding
and associated engineering costs. Seconded by Ald. Patterson,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed correspondence from Parks Director Peter
Theis requesting transfer of $800.00 from Salary Account to
Overtime Account #0100.7300.1101 to cover shortage in the
overtime account which was a result of the severe winter which

caused overtime hours for snow removal. Ald. Patterson moved to
approve transfer. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve Release of Funds for Lake Ridge
Apartments in the amount of $812.83 for completion of revised
drainage study for the Southwest 1/4 of Section 10 and
engineering review of his drainage ditch.
Dumke, motion carried.
