MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, MARCH 22, 1994
The meeting was called to order by Chairman De Angelis at 7:04
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Sanders
and Dumke, Ald. Schneider, Ald. Misko, Ald. Woodard, Ald.
Taube, Deputy Clerk Blenski and those per the attached list.
The Committee deferred action on discussion of Subdivider's
Agreement for Champions Village-CCV) until the April meeting.
The Committee reviewed Agreement for Public Snowmobile Trail
between the City of Muskego and Waukesha County whereby the City of Muskego authorizes Waukesha County to enter upon
property in Bluhm Park for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a public snowmobile trail twelve feet in width.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers
in the amount of $419,385.17, Utility Vouchers in the amount of $93,394.46 and Tax Refunds in the amount of $368.90. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
