FCM19940111<FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JANUARY 11, 1994 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson and Dumke, Ald. Schneider, Ald. Misko, Ald. Taube, and Ald. Woodard. The Committee reviewed request for payment for secretarial services for Future Parkland Standing Committee for Stella Dunahee in the amount of $50.75 and miscellaneous fees for paper, postage, envelopes, etc. in the amount of $68.20. Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried. The Committee reviewed Non-waiver Agreement between City of Muskego and Wausau Insurance Company which pertains to certain claims which may be made by the United States Environmental Protection Agency regarding the Muskego Sanitary Landfill. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried. The Committee reviewed sale of tax delinquent real estate being offered for sale by Waukesha County for two properties on Racine Avenue (2190.005 and 2190.034) and one property on Groveway Lane (2252.995). A memorandum from Assessor Laura Mecha indicated that the two properties on Racine Avenue are of no value to the City because they abut County Highway L, and that the third property located on Groveway Lane is a drainage ditch or swale between two properties. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend nonacceptance of property. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried. Ald. Patterson moved to approve Maintenance Agreement for HTE (Building Permits and Code Enforcements) in the amount of $2,650 and Maintenance Agreement for Bell Atlantic (hardware agreement) in the amount of $15,212.18, noting that there was no increase in 1994 for HTE agreement and a 1.5% increase for Bell Atlantic. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Patterson moved to approve the following vouchers: General Fund - 1993 - $388,319.89 Tax Refund Totals - $ 35,674.60 Utility - 1993 $ 18,431.02 Utility - 1994 $ 3,099.78 Seconded by Ald.
