MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman De
Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson,
Sanders and Dumke, Ald. Woodard, Ald. Misko and Ald. Schneider.
The Committee discussed inquiry from City Clerk as to whether the Committee would require an interview if a present license
holder wishes to obtain an individual Operator's License. The
Committee indicated that since the person was interviewed
during the licensing process, he would not need to be interviewed if he applies for an Operator's License.
The Committee reviewed 66.30 Police Liaison Officer Agreement Addendum. Ald. Sanders moved to approve final form after
receipt of final grant approval. Seconded by Ald. Patterson,
motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve release of $6,675.45 from the
Letter of Credit for Plum Creek per City Engineer's
recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.

Ald. Patterson moved to approve release of $2,363.00 from the
Letter of Credit for Lakeview Highland Subdivision per City
Engineer's recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers
in the amount of $1,570,311.94 and Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $235,973.73. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
