MINUTES OF MEETING HELD WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson and Sanders, City Clerk Marenda, Ald. Woodard and those per the
attached list.
Mr. Jeff Verburgt and E. J. Salentine appeared before the
Committee to present the proposed 1994 Operating Budget for the
Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department.
Chief Lloyd Pickart and Michael Kersky, appeared before the
Committee to present the proposed 1994 Operating Budget for the
Muskego Volunteer Fire Company.
Librarian Holly Sanhuber and Library Board President Ray
Christenson appeared before the Committee to present the
proposed 1994 Operating Budget for the Library.
Parks Director Peter Theis appeared before the Committee to
present the proposed 1994 Operating Budget for the Parks
Department and the Historical Society. Ald. Sanders moved to
change #3 on page 16 - Parks Services - to include "dumpsters"
in "portable toilets"; and to reduce #4 on page 16 - Cleaning
Service from $3,300 to $2,500. Seconded by Ald. Patterson,
motion carried.
Recreation Director Gordon Jacobson appeared before the
Committee to present the proposed 1994 Operating Budget for the
Recreation Department.
The Committee discussed the salary range for the position of
Plan Director. Mayor De Angelis will check into feasibility of
changing contract to allow adjustment of Plan Director salary
package, or drafting a separate agreement to address this
issue.
Review of Administration Policy for Letter of Credits was
removed from the Agenda.
The meeting adjourned at 1:20 A.M.
