FCM19930713FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JULY 13, 1993 The meeting was called to order at I:45 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Sanders and Dumke, Ald. Woodard, Ald. Misko, Ald. Schneider, City Clerk Jean Marenda and City Engineer Michael Campbell. The Committee reviewed the following requested amendments to premise description for: Bayside Inn - Amend premise description to add, "Backyard and Parking Lot for Certain Days", as well as submitting an Application for Outside Dance Permit for Bayside Inn for July l?th, 24th and 31st and August 14th, 21st, and 22nd. Ald. Patterson moved to deny adding "Backyard and Parking Lot for Certain Days" to their "Class B" license and also to deny Application for Outside Dance Permit. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. Choir Practice - Amend premise description to add, "volley ball courts, horseshoe area and picnic area to be licensed for the following time periods: July thru November, 1993 and April thru June, 1994 Sundays - 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM Thursdays - 5:00 PM to 11:OO PM Fridays - 5:00 PM to 11:OO PM Ald. Patterson moved to approve request for 1993 and deny request for 1994. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. R.L.C., Inc. (Amann's Beach) - Amend premise description to read, "Concession Stand, Gazebo, and Picnic Grounds; with no outside sales after 11:OO P.M." Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of amendment to premise description for R.L.C., Inc. (Amann's Beach). Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The Committee reviewed possible amendment to Subdivider's Agreement for Lake Point Estates-West Subdivision addressing Section F (Bike Path) and determined that bike path should go in at the present time. The Committee further reviewed Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of Credit for Lakeview Highlands. It was noted that all corrections were made per the City Attorney's recommendations and the City Attorney has reviewed and approved the Letter of Credit. Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval. Patterson moved to release the remaining $619.66 in Tom Ferguson's Developer's Deposit as the drainage problem has been repaired to Superintendent Loughney's satisfaction. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in the amount of $316,168.32 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $45,670.62. Seconded by Ald.
