MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, MAY 25, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson,
Sanders and Dumke, Ald. Woodard, Ald. Misko, and Ald. Schneider.
The Committee reviewed renewal license application for Silver Bullet. Ald. Dumke moved to approve amendment to license to
allow parking area to be part of licensed premises for outside
Dance Permit on June 5, 1993 only. Seconded by Ald. Sanders,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed correspondence from Director of
Planning, Larry Kirch, requesting release of remaining "Special
Review Deposit" for Mr. Arno Tellier. The City Engineer
reviewed the capacity and availability of sewer for a proposed
30 lot subdivision at the north end of Northview Drive. This
property is south of Tudor Oaks. The City Engineers determined
that the property is more properly served to the south. The
developer has now proposed a large-lot mound system
subdivision. The developer is entitled ~to a refund of the remaining Special Review Deposit of $372.50; $202.50 was
expended for engineering bills. Ald. Dumke moved to approve
release of $372.50. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to approve payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $186,232.26 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$26,870.10. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
