MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, APRIL 21, 1993
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman De Angelis. Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Dumke and Sanders, Ald. Woodard, Ald. Schneider, Ald. Misko, Ald. Taube, Plan Director Larry Kirch and City Clerk Jean Marenda.
The Committee further reviewed the Subdivider Agreements and Letters of Credit for Xilps (Kelly Estates), Pufall, Adams, and
Hintz (Gratzek). Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval
subject to all of City Attorney Molter's concerns listed in his
correspondence of April 19, 1993, being incorporated into the
Subdivider's Agreements and Letters of Credit. It was noted
that under Section XII the words "or occupancy permits" is to
be inserted after "no building permits".
The Committee further reviewed revised Pre-application for use
of RLF Funds for Country Wetlands Nursery. Ald. Sanders moved
to recommend approval recognizing that the original $17,000 can
be used in this application process. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of payment of General
Vouchers in the amount of $233,466.39 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $357,012.59. Seconded by Ald. Patterson, motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
