Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Dumke and Sanders, Building Inspection Director Chuck Dykstra, Mr. John Ingersoll and Mr. Earl Duewel. Ald. Sanders moved to approve a Class B Intoxicating Liquor and Fermented Malt Beverage License for John Ingersoll to Club 24. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. When he has secured new operators, Mr. Ingersoll will relinquish license to them. Ald. Patterson casting a dissenting vote on addition of Finance Committee to G. It was noted that two areas; Land Disturbing Permit and Sign Permit were not listed on the exhibit but will be included in final list for Common Council adoption. The Committee reviewed the following quotes received for purchase of a 1993 tractor which was approved in the capital outlay budget: Ford 1720 $14,226 Kubota 2650 $14,974 Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of bid for a Ford 1720 tractor in the amount of $14,226. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. It was noted that the budgeted amount was $17,668. The Committee deferred authorization to fund engineering study to determine the upgrading of Durham Drive from Woods Road to County "00" and study of straight south extension to Woods Road to Finance Committee meeting of February 23, 1993, in order to allow the Plan Director to look into source for funding of engineering. The following transfer request was received from the City Clerk due to the increased publication costs of Council minutes, ordinances, notices of public hearings, job opening ads, etc.: From: Maintenance & Rental of Equipment (.100.1000.5101) $1,697.65 To: Notices and Publications (.100.1000.3111) $1,697.65 Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of transfer. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. Mayor Salentine advised that Raab Investments is requesting an amendment to the Rules & Regulations to the Industrial Park, #2, to allow a 14 ft. variance request to 36 ft. instead of the 50 ft. setback requirement for the 2.4 acre irregular shaped parcel abutting Enterprise Drive. Ald. Sanders moved to request a deed restriction amendment from the affected Industrial Park tenants for the property subject to Plan Finance Committee - Page 5 February 17, 1993 Commission approval of Building, Site & Operation Plan and a setback variance granted by the Board of Appeals. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Patterson moved to approve the Maintenance Agreement with COS for the Police Department copy machine at a price of not to exceed a final cost of $746.66 for 80,000 copies. Seconded by Ald.
