MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 30, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Patterson,
Dumke and Sanders, Ald. Misko and Department Heads as listed
below:
The Committee reviewed 1993 Operating Budget for the
Treasurer's Department with Treasurer Jean Sanders.
The Committee reviewed 1993 Operating Budget for the Assessor's Office with Assessor Laura Mecha.
The Committee reviewed 1993 Operating Budget for Information Systems Department with Information Systems Director Joseph
Sommers.
The Committee reviewed 1993 Operating Budget for Municipal
Judge with Judge Lent-z.
The Committee reviewed 1993 Operating Budget for City
Clerk/Comptroller, Administration-General Government, and City
Hall with City Clerk Marenda.
The Committee reviewed 1993 Operating Budget for Plan Department with Plan Director Larry Kirch.
The Committee reviewed 1993 Operating Budget for Mayor/Aldermen with Mayor Salentine.
The meeting adjourned at 11:15 P.M.
