MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 22, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 7:Ol P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Patterson, Dumke and Patterson, and Ald. Simmons.
The Committee reviewed Change Orders received from PSI for the construction of the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company addition to
Station #l. Ald. Dumke moved to recommended a $25,000 increase in the Contingency Fund for change orders which will provide
for a balance in the Contingency of $10,000 for the project,
which is in addition to the original contingency amount of
$25,000 authorized in Resolution #124-92. Seconded by Ald.
Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Release of Funds for Mutza
Development in the amount of $1,223.95 for sanitary sewer and
water extension. Aid. Sanders moved to approve above release of funds and to recommend acceptance of improvements. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Patterson updated the Committee on the proposed
distribution of funds from the expansion of the Metro Landfill. The proposal is that the annual payments received from the Metro Landfill will be divided 25% to Waukesha County
and 75% to the City of Muskego, with the City of Muskego
agreeing that they shall use their portion of the fee to establish a curbside recycling program to help manage solid waste. Aid. Sanders moved to recommend approval of proposal.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Patterson moved to recommend approval of payment of
General Vouchers in the amount of $271,011.82. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval of payment of Utilities Vouchers in the amount of $176,780.21. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
