FCM19920805FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 5, 1992 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Sanders. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the following applicants for Refuse Hauler License: Best Disposal Systems BFI Waste Systems Expert Disposal Service, Inc. Laidlaw Waste Systems, Inc. Waste Management of Milw. Alley Cat, Inc. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Sanders moved to approve an Operator's License for George Crawford subject to receipt of fees and favorable police report. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved to approve a Soda License, Parade Permit, Gathering Permit and Temporary Operator's Licenses for Joanne Chaput, Norman Chaput, and Carrie Chaput for the Muskego Community Festival scheduled for Friday, August 28 thru Sunday, August 30, 1992, and to waive all associated fees. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Sanders moved to approve a Gathering Permit and Soda License for St. Leonard Parish for a Variety Show scheduled for September 11 and September 12, 1992. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Mr. John Mess, Architect for PSI Design, architects for the Muskego Volunteer Fire Station Station #l expansion, appeared before the Committee to discuss field issues, DILHR required changes, outstanding issues and possible deducts. Mr. Mess supplied the Committee with a revised cost breakdown (attached). Ald. Sanders approve the following Release of Funds from the Letter of Credit: Aud Mar Estates $7,056.80 Lake Point Estates 273.30 Meadow Green Addn. #3 3,741.50 The meeting adjourned at 8:35 P.M.
