FCM19920512FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MLJSXEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 12, 1992 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Member Patterson, Dumke and Sanders, Ald. Misko, Ald. Simmons, Ald. Taube, Ald. Schneider, City Clerk Jean Marenda and Scott Krause. The Committee reviewed equipment lease between the Muskego Police Department and M. W. Marine, Inc., for the following: 1 (one) Alumacraft 1991 17 ft. Trophy 170; SN/ACBX7518B191 1 (one) 1992 Mariner 90 ELPTO Outboard Motor; SN/O37234 1 (one) Shorelandr' R1817 Trailer; SN/504679 The rental of the above will be for $1,300.00 for a term of four (4) months beginning May 22, 1992 and ending September 15, 1992. Ald. Dumke moved to approve and to authorize Chief Johnson to sign the agreement.. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. The Committee discussed Americans With Disabilities Act of 1990 which outlines physical and mental capabilities for each job description which must be defined. Ald. Dumke moved to appoint Jean K. Marenda, City Clerk, as the City's designated A.D.A. Coordinator. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Patterson moved to approve General Vouchers in the amount of $1,990,368.85 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $173,505.17. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
