FCM19911008FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, OCTOBER 8, 1991 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:00 P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and H. Sanders, Ald. D. Sanders, City Clerk Marenda and Stella Dunahee. Mrs. Stella Dunahee appeared before the Committee to object to the recent action of the Finance Committee in granting the Building Inspection Director an eighteen (18) month raise and claimed that there was discrimination in this action. The Committee deferred discussion on park dedication fees for Lake Forest to Common Council meeting to allow Mr. Patch to address the Council. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval to landscape and seed the city-owned property abutting the Marlan Meadows Drainage Project at a cost of $1,154.00. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The Committee reviewed offered to the City of and cost of appraisal: the following parcels that have been Muskego from Waukesha County for back taxes TAX KEY NUMBER 2177.971.001 2210.990 2211.997.002 COST $ 1,000 10,000 10,000 Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend disapproval of the offers. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried. The discussion on contracted services for the Plan Department was removed from the Agenda. Ald. Hilt moved to approve General Vouchers in the amount of $349,771.23 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $159,484.39. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
