MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 18, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and H.
Sanders, City Clerk Marenda, Treasurer Sanders and Scott Krause.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve the following applications for
Operator's Licenses subject to receipt of fees and favorable police reports:
Cassandra Armstrong Helen Just
Mark Markunas (subject to completion of school)
Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to amend the time restriction for a Special
Dance Permit for Hunter's Nest to 12:00 A.M. for October 26,
1991. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve the following transfer of funds
for the Library:
From: #0100.7100.5100 (Equipment Maintenance) $815.67
From: #0100.7100.6200 (Telephone) $123.39
To: #0100.7100.1101 (Overtime) $939.06
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Finance Committee deferred a decision on increasing elected
officials salaries until the September 24, 1991 meeting.
The Committee reviewed status of the Developer's Agreement for the
Muskego Lakes Country Club development with Mr. Scott Krause.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of the Final Resolution
authorizing an area-wide Reserve Capacity Assessment for debt
service for the southeastern portion of the City subject and
directs the City Engineers to proceed with plans and specifications to bid out the project subject to approval of a Subdivider's Agreement. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of Credit for Lake Forest Addn. #l for an 86 lot final plat. Section XII is changed to reflect that the Subdivider will be allowed to
construction no more than two (2) model homes, along with changes
in technical language . Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval subject to City Attorney's review. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.

The Barker Development turning lane requirement was removed from
the agenda.
The Committee reviewed request of Assistant Library Director for
carry-over of vacation hours. This request is due to the Library
Director's extended illness. Ald. Hilt moved to approve
carry-over not to extend beyond December 31, 1991. Seconded by
Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve renewal of maintenance agreement with
AT&T for horizon telephone system. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of Credit
for the Country Brook Estates subdivision. Ald. Hilt moved to
recommend approval subject to City Attorney's review. Seconded by
Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of Cancellation Agreement & Mutual Release for R. J. Mueller for 2.4 acres of vacant land in
the Industrial Park Addn. and direct the Industrial Park Brokers
to release the $500.00 earnest money. Seconded by Ald. H.
Sanders, motion carried.
