FCM19910910FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 10, 1991 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Council President Hilt. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and H. Sanders and Ald. Simmons. The Committee discussed agreement to be made with Mr. Gerald Mutza, W206 57944 Pasadena Dr., who is part of the Hillendale-North of Hwy. L Sewer and Water Project. Mr. Mutza has been assessed for two water services and two sewer laterals. As a result of a contractor's error, only one water service and one sewer lateral were installed. Mr. Mutza is agreeing to amend the Assessment Roll to reflect the actual services, but is requesting that the City give him, in writing, authorization to open the road to install the additional services waiving the five year stipulation, if the property is sold. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend entering into the above agreement. Seconded by Ald. Simmons, motion carried. The C0mmitte.e deferred action on a agreement that is being worked out with the Muskego Volunteer Fire Company for their proposed new building. The Committee reviewed bid documents for the Parks Garage roof repairs. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of bid documents and authorize the City Engineers to bid the project. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. The Committee reviewed application for Blue Chip Grant (Waukesha County) to be used to purchase computer hardware. The City wishes to continue the Blue Chip Community Preparedness Process. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend submitting application in the amount of $5,000.00. Seconded by H. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved to approve General Vouchers in the amount of $306,718.23 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $12,239.64. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
