MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 4, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, H. Sanders
and Dumke.
The Committee reviewed minutes of previous meeting.
Correspondence from the City Engineers was read justifying the
overage in engineering costs involved with the Racine Avenue
investigation for possible location of the Muskego Volunteer Fire
Company proposed building. After further review, Ald. Hilt moved
to recommend approval of payment of an additional $500.00.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the following
applications for Operator's Licenses subject to completion of
required schooling, payment of fees and receipt of favorable
police report:

Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.

The Committee reviewed procedure for interviewing applicants for
Operator's Licenses and determined that all applicants to be
interviewed by the Finance Committee should have completed their schooling before interviewing.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve the following amendments to the 1991 Budget:

1991 budget of $1,400.00 was overspent by
$5,121.27 as a result of Treasurer's request
for a personal property write-off for
delinquent accounts which was approved by the
Common Council in June by Resolution 146-91.

The Committee discussed establishing liquor license fees for
1992. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend the following increases
effective July 1, 1992:
Class "A" Liquor to be increased from $200.00 to $300.00
Class "B" Liquor to be increased from $200.00 to $300.00
Publication Fees to be increased from $5.00 to $10.00
Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request from Building Inspector Chuck
Dykstra for Transfer of Funds of $650.00 from Account No.
100.2500.3613 (Conferences & Special Events) to Account No.
100.2500.3213 (Print Materials) in order to purchase additional
State Building Permit Seals due to an increase in 1 and 2 family
new home starts. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of
transfer. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of requests for Release of
Funds for the following:
Woodcrest Heights Addn. #l $400.00 Meadow Green West Addn. #2 $4,948.64 Lake Point Estates Subd. $1,796.50 Lake Forest Multi-family/Comm. $1,435.26
Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
