FCM19910827FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 27, 1991 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and H. Sanders, and Ald. Simmons. The Committee reviewed agreements with Holland & Kurtz, Inc. for plumbing services not to exceed $3,000.000 and heating, ventilation and air conditioning services not to exceed $5,500.00 for the Public Works Garage addition. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. The Committee reviewed the following bids for the baseball field improvement program: Lakes Area Excavating $16,499.00 Western Landscape Contractors, Inc. 23,900.oo Natural Athletic Turf, Inc. 14,825.OO Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of the low bid from Natural Athletic Turf, Inc. in the amount of $14,825.00. The City's share of $7,412.50 will be funded from the miscellaneous category included in the 1991 Parks Dedication budget. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The Committee reviewed agreements between the City of Muskego and Conley, McDonald, Sprague & Company for audit services for the Sewer & Water Utility and General Fund for the year ending 12/31/91. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend approval of request to cancel further proceedings to Discontinue and Vacate a Right-of-Way for a portion of Ruby Drive Extension at petitioner's request. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried. Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve Release of Funds for Ann Drive (Gratzek) Land Division in the amount of $2,430.00. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in the amount of $232,866.36 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $181,842.26. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
