MINUTES OF MEETING HELD AUGUST 21, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and H.
Sanders.
The Committee deferred discussion on request for transfer of funds
received from the Library.
The Committee reviewed two (2) easements that will maintain
utility (WEPCO and Wisconsin Bell) rights to the portion of the
Industrial Park Addn. south of Enterprise Drive and East of
Mercury Drive. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request from Joe Sommers, Information
Systems Director, to transfer $50.00 from Conferences & Special Events (#.0100.1500.1613) to Dues and Memberships
(#.0100.1500.3614) for membership to the Wisconsin Midrange Computer Professional Association. Ald. Hilt moved to approve.
Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
Correspondence from Chief Johnson dated August 13, 1991, was
reviewed which advised that the Big Bend Police Department has a 1981 Dodge van they will give to Muskego Police Department at no
cost. The van was given to them by the Federal Government for use
in their "Officer Friendly" Program but it is no longer needed.
The van has 31,000 miles and is in very good shape. It will need
painting to cover up the present identification. Ald. Hilt moved
to approve acceptance of van. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee deferred reviewing bids for the Marlan Meadows Drainage project until the special Finance Committee meeting
scheduled for August 22, 1991.
