MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 17, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members H. Sanders, Dumke,
and Hilt and Scott Krause.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the following applications for Operators License:
Lou Ann Shaw Arlene Abel
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve amended Class B Fermented Malt Beverage
and Intoxicating Liquor License for R & B's Stage Coach Inn for
1992 to include porch in premise description. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve Soda License for Muskego
Community Festival and to waive fee. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.

Ald. Hilt moved to approve Soda License for Dairy Queen/Brazier on
Janesville Road. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve Gathering Permit for Muskego
Women's Softball League to be held at Bluhm Park on July 20, 1991
and July 21, 1991. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed temporary Operator License holders and
determined that temporary license holders that were licensed in
the prior year do not need to be interviewed by the Finance
Committee.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve and waive fees for the following
temporary license holders for the Community Festival: Carrie Chaput, Joanne Chaput and Norman Chaput. Seconded by Ald. H.
Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed correspondence from the Parks & Recreation Board regarding an unauthorized bill for repairs at Mill Valley
during the Muskego Mavericks baseball tournament held June 2nd and
June 2nd. The Committee deferred action until a report has been received from the alderman involved.
The Committee reviewed the following quotes received for an
additional parking lot at Bluhm Farm:
Potlucks Paving Corp. $9,300.00 Suburban Asphalt Co., Inc. $10,890.00

Aid. Hilt moved to recommend approval of the low bid received from
Poblocki Paving Corp. in the amount of $9,300. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee discussed proposed sewer service for Southeastern
Section of the City. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend borrowing of
2.3 million dollars for the financing of a lift station and force
main for this project. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion
carried.
No quotes were received for the advertised mixed soil in the
Industrial Park and the Committee determined that they would be
willing to review any bid that comes in the future.
