FCM19910528FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, MAY 28, 1991 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and H. Sanders and City Clerk Jean Marenda. The Committee further discussed maintenance agreements. The Finance Committee elected to retain the same policy on maintenance agreements as in the past in that the quality of the work performed would precede the amount of the bid in the final selection of a bidder. The Committee discussed expenditure of funds from the special park fund for $4,800 for upgrading of the Denoon Baseball Field. Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried. The Committee prefers that these non-budget items be brought to the Finance Committee prior to payment. The request for top soil was removed from the agenda. Ald. Hilt moved to approve the following Release of Funds: Lake Point Estates $66,823.18 Lake Forest Multi-Family - $ 6,032.80 Lake Forest Subdivision - $ 8,952.65 Woodside Estates $ 3,489.30 Breann Ridge Subdivision - $ 318.75 College Square Subdivision- $ 1,120.63 Woodcrest Heights Addn. #l- $ 486.50 Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve General Vouchers in the amount of $188,540.90 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $692,399.79. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
