MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 23, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, H. Sanders and Dumke, Ald. Simmons, Ald. Taube, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald.
Patterson and Stan Potrykus.
The Committee reviewed the Letter of Credit and Subdivider's
Agreement for Lake Point Estates. The City has agreed to be responsible for the surface watr drainage from Sea Farer Pass to
Lannon Drive. Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve the Subdivider's
Agreement with the above amendment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the following amendments to the
Non-represented settlement for 1991:

Director of Planning 27,250 29,150 30,900
Addition of longevity/health insurance benefit, as
established in the Muskego Police Association
1991 settlement agreement, for the non-represented Police Chief and Lieutenants.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve the above amendments. Seconded by
Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve the Emerald Park Negotiating Attorney
Bill for $3,621.00. Seconded by Ald. Dumke. motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request from DNR to grant a 90 day
extension to review sewer plans for Meadow Green West Addn. #2. Ald. Hilt moved to deny request and to recommend a 30 day
extension. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee recommended that the auditors take the necessary
steps to dissolve TIF District #l.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve Release of Funds for Ann Drive
Land Division in the amount of $3,729.00. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve General Fund Vouchers in the amount of
$211,065.69 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $900,268.39.
Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
