MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 9, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and H.
Sanders, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald. Simmons and Ald. Patterson.
Ald. Hilt moved to authorize advertising for bids for Official
Newspaper. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Finance Committee reviewed quotation for grinder pump station
for the Hillendale/Wentland/Tans sewer project for the Laschen
property from Energenecs, Inc. in the amount of $3,729.00. Aid.
Hilt moved to approve expenditure. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders,
motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve General Vouchers in the amount of
$279,322.21 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $22,450.50.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
