FCM19910403FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 3, 1991 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and H. Sanders. An agreement for the demolition of the building owned by Clarence Froehlich, W193 56776 Hillendale Drive, was reviewed by the Committee. The demolition was a condition of a recent land division for the extension of sewers on Hillendale Drive. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of agreement. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. The Committee reviewed a request for computer purchase as outlined in a memorandum from Joe Sommers, Director of Information Systems. The request is for the Utilities to purchase the "old" Personal Computer from City Hall's Bookkeeper for $l,OOO.OO. Ald. Hilt moved to approve. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of resolution to authorize execution of stipulation concerning the litigation of City of Muskego and Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District. This will dismiss all claims of the District against the City of Muskego and all claims of the City of Muskego against the District. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. The Committee reviewed the 1991 Police Settlement. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of MMSD invoices which were submitted in accordance with the Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement between the City of Muskego and the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District which is Muskego's share of non-increased design capacity costs for 1990 in the amount of $11,387.92 and Muskego's share of the financing charge on 1990 capital costs paid in advance by the District for Muskego in the amount of $785.89. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend payment of the final FLOW invoice in the amount of $14,659.22. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. The Committee reviewed the following requests for Release of Funds: Woodside Estates Subdivision $124.55 Karah Court Land Division $64,000.00 Golden CountryEstates Subdivision $82.50 Lake Forest Development $183,463.20 Finance Committee - Page 2 April 3, 1991 Ald.
