MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 26, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:OO P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and H.
Sanders, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald. Simmons and Ald. Patterson.
Aid. Dumke moved to recommend approval of a Class B Fermented Malt
Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Colleen Doss - E. J.
MC Geary's Pub & Grill (formerly Hillside Tavern). Seconded by
Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the Subdivider's
Agreement and Letter of Credit for College Square Subdivision.
Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The stipulation and order for City of Muskego vs Loebel was
removed from the agenda.
The Committee discussed the sale by Harold DeBack of a portion of
his property (tax key 2227.999.001), which was part of the Hwy. L
Sewer project, with a deferred assessment of $33,105.76. Ald.
Hilt moved to direct the City Clerk to collect one-quarter of the
assessment at 125 %; for a total of $10,345.55. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve General Vouchers in the amount of
$124,721.97 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of $32,338.89.
Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
