MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 12, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Hilt.
The City reviewed the following bids received for lease of
City-owned land:
Woodcrest Heights Addn.
Harold R. DeBack - $100.00
Parkland Plaza
Jerry Hulbert - $300.00
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend acceptance of the above two bids.
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee deferred action on the Subdivider's Agreement and
Letter of Credit for Meadow Green West Addn. #2 until the March
20th meeting and request that the Subdivider appear at the meeting.
The Committee reviewed information received in regard to the Wuerl Claim. Ald. Dumke moved to advise the insurance company that they
are not authorized to settle. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
Ald. H!lt moved to recommend release of funds for Karah Court in the amount of $610.60 for engineering services. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $1,923,601.86 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$26,214.09. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
