FCM19910306FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 6, 1991 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, H. Sanders and Hilt. Ald. Hilt moved to approve the following applicants for Operator's Licenses subject to payment of fees and receipt of favorable police reports: Dawn Conn Renee Owen Mary Sekula Paul Cefalu Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. The Committee reviewed application for a Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for Colleen Rose Doss for E. J. McGeary's Pub & Grill (W125 59706 North Cape Road - formerly Hillside Tavern). The Committee recommended approval with the condition that the present license holder relinquish his license and that the petitioner schedule an appointment to be re-interviewed with Mayor Salentine. l The Committee discussed the disposition of the NBI Equipment and the Offset Machine. The Muskego Fire Department has expressed an interest in the NBI equipment and if they are not interested in the equipment, the Committee determined that both the NBI Equipment and the Offset Machine should be advertised on the Cable Channel indicating it will be free to the community. The Committee reviewed correspondence from Joe Sommers requesting the purchase of a Maintenance Agreement for CHIEFS Software which includes Computer Assisted Dispatch and CRIMES for tracking records in the Police Department. This maintenance agreement was budgeted at $5,662 and the actual cost is $6,750. The difference will be paid from another line item out of the Police Department's account. Ald. Hilt moved to approve the request. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. Ald. Hilt moved to approve Release of Funds for the following: Lake Forest Subdivision $14,788.67 Woodside Estates Subdivision 262.70 Meadow Green West Addn. #l 4,763.70 Woodcrest Heights Addn. #l 580.84 Willow Pond Land Division 135.50 Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried. m Ald. Dumke moved to approve a service agreement with Copy Plus for an Adler Copy Machine for the Police Department in the amount of $781.00. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried. Finance Committee - Page 2 March 6, 1991 A request from Joe Sommers was reviewed for Data Conversion for CHIEFS Software. The total license fee for this software is $18,000.; $14,000. was previously approved. Ald. Hilt moved to approve the additional conversion fee of $4,000. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
