MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JANUARY 22, 1991
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, and H. Sanders, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald. Simmons, Ald. Taube, Ald. Patterson, City Clerk Marenda and Chief Johnson.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve the applications for the following
Operator's Licenses pursuant to submittal of fees and receipt of favorable police reports:
David Kaminski Leslie Gumieny
Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the budget transfers as outlined in
Resolution #16-91. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for carry-over of funds from 1990 Capital Program into 1991 as outlined in Resolution #18-91. Ald.
H. Sanders moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed listing for city-owned Ruby Drive lot. The
z relator is recommending that the City lower the asking price from
$26,000 to $22,000 and continue the listing with them (Reality Center) for a six (6) month period at a $2,000.00 Broker's Commission. Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
NBI Word Processing and AB Dick Offset Equipment quotes were removed from the agenda.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend the 1991 Settlement for the Public
Works Department at a salary increase of 4%. Seconded by Ald. H.
Sanders, motion carried.
Sgt. Manske of the Police Department has been activated for
military duty. Ald. Dumke moved to approve request for leave of absence and vacation carryover. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders,
motion carried.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend approval of 1990 General Fund
Vouchers in the amount of $29,781.10 and 1991 in the amount of
$189,853.76 and 1990 Utility Funds vouchers in the amount of
$129,934.66 and 1991 in the amount of $9,475.04. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
