MINUTES OF MEETING HELD NOVEMBER 27, 1990 .
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and
H. Sanders, Ald. Simmons and Ald. Patterson.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of Races on Ice Permit for Muskego Icetronauts for February 10, 1991. Seconded by Aid.
Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of Gathering Permit for
Muskego Icetronauts for February 10, 1991. Seconded by Ald. H.
Sanders, motion carried.
The Recreation Department's request for transfer of funds was
deferred.
The Committee discussed with Ald. Patterson his request to
allocate funds from the Mayor & Council's Conferences and Special
Events Account (100.0100.3613) to provide Polaroid pictures of
children meeting with Santa at the City's Christmas Tree Lighting
ceremonies. Ald. Patterson's request was denied.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the following requests
for Release of Funds:
Woodcrest Heights Addn. #l - $40,526.36
Karah Court - $ 187.10 Ann Drive
Westlake Estates 1 ss 1,~56:::00
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve the General Vouchers in the amount of $186.024.70 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$24,379.30. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
