MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 23, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and H. Sanders, Ald. Patterson and Ald. D. Sanders.
The Finance Committee reviewed request for financing of a new
fire truck for the Muskego Volunteer Fire Department which
involves an expenditure of $185,000.00 from the Borrowed Money
Account for the purchasing, customizing and equipping of a fire
truck. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Finance Committee reviewed the following requests for release
of funds:
Parkland Drive Extended $13,309.35
Durhamswood Add. #2 60.65
Meadow Green West Addn. f/l 1,712.55
Willow Pond - Phase #2 399.70
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of above releases from
letter of credits. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in the
amount of $1,273,578.24 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$401,929.34. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:20 P.M.
