MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBEK 9, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7~15 P.M. by Mayor
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke, Hilt and
H. Sanders.
The Finance Committee discussed the signing of an agreement and
release of funds with West Lake Development. The City will
retain $18,000 of the funds and the contractor will submit a
Certificate of Deposit for $10,000 for a 5 year period in the
event a particular section of the sewer proves to be
inadequate. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend signing of agreement
and release of funds in the amount of $46,000. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.M.
