MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 20, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Dumke, Ald. Patterson and Clerk Jean K. Marenda.
The Committee reviewed the following applications for Operator's
Licenses:
Gary Steinhart Craig J. Sayer
Christian Ward Cheryl Mueller Barbara Platek Julie Faken
Theresa Hey Paul Kiedrowski Diane Spencer Rodney Colburn
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the above applicants
subject to receipt of favorable police reports. Seconded by Ald.
Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed and approved Change of Agent application
for Pizza Hut Restaurant for Susan K. Neal.
The Committee reviewed Counter-Offer to Purchase for Industrial
Park land for Seitz Equipment. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
Council acceptance of counter-offer and noted that price has been
reduced due to reduction in acreage.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve payment of Attorney Fees for Emerald Park Negotiating Committee in the amount of $903.78. Seconded by
Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of secretary fees for the
Future Parkland Standing Committee in the amount of $79.31 and statement of materials in the amount of $66.93. Seconded by Ald.
Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the following quotes for construction of
fencing around the basketball court area at Denoon Park:
Century Fence $5,940.00
J. & R. Fence $5,280.00
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend acceptance of the quote submitted
by J. & R. Fence in the amount of $5,280.00 to be taken from the Capital Project funds (Escrowed Lake Meadows Acct.
#0100.0000.0331). Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Municipal Judge proposed 1991 budget
with Judge Lentz, the Parks Department and Historical Society
proposed 1991 budget with Parks Supervisor Theis, the Recreation

Department proposed 1991 budget with Recreation Supervisor
Jacobson and the Department of Public Works proposed 1991 budget
with Public Works Superintendent Loughney.
