MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 5, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7:OU P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Dumke and Hilt.
The Committee reviewed the following applications for Operator's
Licenses:
Johanna Ackmann Richard Christensen
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of the above applicants
subject to receipt of favorable police reports. Seconded by Ald.
Hilt, motion carried.
A memorandum from City Clerk Marenda, dated August 31, 1990,
requesting a salary adjustment for Penny Leaf, our high school
co-op student, who has been working afternoons in the Clerk's
office was reviewed. Recently, Penny was hired part-time by the
Department of Planning & Development at the rate of $5.00 an hour
to assist them while they were short-staffed. Penny is in the
process of training her replacement and the Clerk is requesting that Penny be compensated at the rate of $5.00 per hour for the
time she has been asked to return to the Clerk's Office for
training of the new co-op student. Ald. Dumke moved to approve
salary adjust for Penny Leaf to $5.00 per hour. Seconded by Aid./
Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Little Muskego Lake Protection &
Rehabilitation District 1991 Budget.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend release of funds for the following
developments:
Zach Certified Survey Map - $7UO.O0 (final release)
Woodside Estates - $239.50 (engineering) Would leave a balance in acount of $47,592.54
Willow Pond - Phase II - $310.86 (engineering) Would leave a balance in account of $34,731.37
Meadow Green-West Addn. #1 - $4,504.55 (engineering) Would leave a balance of $218,866.26
Seconded by Aid. Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
