MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 24, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Mayor
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and
H. Sanders, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald. Taube, Ald. Patterson, City
Clerk Marenda, Librarian Sanhuber and Mr. Redjinski.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of Operator's License for
Diane Hitz, who was interviewed by Mayor Salentine on July 24,
1990. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Offer to Purchase for Industrial Park
Addn. received from Donald E. Bottoni and Suzanne Bottoni for a
one acre parcel on Saturn Drive in the amount of $26,000. Ald.
Hilt moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
A Quote for removal of trees on Schultz Lane, as required for the
Schultz Lane road project, was reviewed. The only quote received was from Aspen Tree Service in the amount of $5,000.00 ($1,500.
for the east side of road and $2,500. for west side of road).
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend Council approval. Seconded by Ald.
H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Police Department Shooting Range agreement
between Waste Management and City of Muskego. Ald. Hilt moved to
recommend renewal of lease. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Discussion was held on the requested position of Director of
Information Systems. The item was referred to Council.
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of the amended Offer to
Purchase for Czaplewski Bros. Mason & Cement, Inc. for property
in the Industrial Park Addn. wherein the financing contingency is
waived by Buyer. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the following Release of Funds for
Developers:
Willow Pond $7,322.00
Meadow Green West Addn. tl $8,049.19
Ann Drive Land Division $ 119.50
Woodside Estates $ 586.55
Parkland Drive Land Division $ 286.30
Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend Council approval of above
releases. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.

Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval of General Vouchers in the amount of $270,917.40 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$93,901.15. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
