FINANCE COMMITTEE - CITY OF MUSKEGO
MINUTES OF MEETING HELD JULY 10, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members H. Sanders and
Dumke, Ald. Simmons, Ald. Taube and Ald. Patterson.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Recycling & Salvage permit for Jack
Glockner for S71 W13219 Tess Corners Drive. Seconded by Ald. H.
Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the following applications for Operator's
Licenses:
Theresa Green David Wilkowski
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval subject to receipt of
favorable police reports. Mr. Dale Keup was interviewed and
action was deferred until the next regular Finance Committee
meeting. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
Mrs. Charlene Budish appeared before the Committee to request a "Class B" Fermented Malt Beverage & Intoxicating Liquor License
for Bayside Inn. Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend approval
subject to Mrs. Budish obtaining a valid seller's permit number
and showing proof of Mrs. Hansen relinquishing the license.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Mrs. Adrienne Hansen appeared before the Committee to request a
"Class B" Fermented Malt Beverage & Intoxicating Liquor License
for Bayside Inn. Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend approval
subject to Mrs. Hansen obtaining a valid seller's permit number.
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. H. Sanders moved for approval of Special Permit-Dance
Outside Interior of Class B Tavern for Bushy' Tap for July 28-29,
1990 with 11:00 P.M. restriction. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion
carried.
Ald. Dumke moved for approval of Gathering Permit for St. Paul's Church - August 5, 1990. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion
carried.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to approve the following landfill committee
expense:
Emerald Park Attorney - $3,979.40
Stone Ridge - Secretarial - $233.82
Stone Ridge - City Attorney $25.00
Stone Ridge - Miscellaneous $110.23
Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.

The Committee reviewed request for Habitation of Trailer Permit
for Michael Laack for his property addressed W125 59738 North
Cape Road to occupy a trailer from July 6, 1990 to December 6,
1990. Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend approval subject to
approval by the Director of Planning and Development. Seconded
by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for amendment to contract of sale
for Orchard Investments (Industrial Park Addn. #II) to extend
closing date to July 31, 1990. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend
approval subject to additional earnest money deposit of $9,000.00
to reflect their continued interest in this property and subject
to Herriott-Grunewald Joint Venture (buyer) to assign their interest in this Offer to Purchase to Orchard Investments, Inc.
prior to the date set for closing. Seconded by Ald. Dumke,
motion carried.
