MINUTES OF MEETING HELD APRIL 18, 1990
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 7:OO P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, and H. Sanders.
The Committee reviewed the following applications for Operator's
License:
Scott Rockwell Norman Keeker
James Abramczyk Timothy Denman
Jason Rauch Charles Janz
Charles Gagliano
Mr. Gagliano questioned the need for an Operator's License
because he is the son of the Class B License holder and intends
to live of premise. The mother, being the Class B license
holder, does not live on premise. The Committee agreed to have
the ordinance clarified and not process the application if the
license isn't required.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend Council approval subject to
receipt of favorable police reports and payment of fees.
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed the Subdivider's Agreement and Letter of
Credit in the amount of $260,000 for Woodcrest Heights Addn.

Karen LeSage, Mooney, LeSage, Inc., appeared before the Committee
to present the 1990/91 Market Budget for the Muskego Industrial Park proposed at $8,300 (April 1990 thru March 1991). Ald. Hilt
moved to recommend approval of the proposed budget, subject to having any overages of this amount for the prior year deducted
from the recommended budget amount. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for Emergency Leave of Absence for
Receptionist. Ald. Hilt moved to approve leave for two weeks,
per State requirement, with full benefits and will allow third
week, subject to use of accumulated camp time first. Benefits will continue through balance of third week. Seconded by Ald. H.
Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to waive $10.00 fee for temporary sign permit for
Green-Up Muskego. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Ruby Drive Offer to Purchase was removed from the agenda.

The Committee reviewed the Offer to Purchase for city-owned land
(Fountainwood Subdivision) from Anthony and Lisa Migliaccio in
the amount of $2,500.00. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council
approval of the Offer to Purchase and noted that the City is receptive to all normal real estate transaction costs. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Data Processing Contract with Waukesha
County for Property Tax Assessment and Billing.

services to assist the City in the preparation of assessment
rolls and tax bills. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend Council
approval to sign agreement. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion
carried.
The Committee reviewed Request for Release of Funds for
Durhamswood Addn. i/2 in the amount of $402.26. Ald. Hilt moved to approve release. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
