Mr. Dale Beaumont appeared before the Committee to further
discuss application for Operator's License. Detective Larson
reviewed the police report with aldermen in attendance. It was
determined that none of the convictions were drug or alcohol

the actual number of charges. The Finance Committee unanimously recommended approval of the license and Ald. Dave Sanders and
Ald. Taube indicated that they would support the Finance
Committee recommendation. Ald. Patterson requests that Attorney
Molter verify if there are any felonies to ascertain if license
should be issued.

with Parks & Recreation Board Chairman Jerry Hulbert. The
Committee discussed advertising for a new Recreation Supervisor
at a starting salary of $22,231; 6 month rate of $23,236 and 18
month rate of $26,727. After further discussion, Ald. Hilt moved
to advertise the position with a salary range of $20,331 to $27,063. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried. It is
requested that an advertisement be put in the Wisconsin Park and
Recreation Association Leisure Line Bulletin, League of Municipalities, Milwaukee Sentinel, Milwaukee Journal and the

April 20, 1990. The Finance Committee also recommended that the
Recreation Assistant be full-time until new position is hired.
