MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MARCH 7, 1990
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Acting Chairman
Dumke. Also present were Committee Member Hilt. Mayor Salentine
and Ald. H. Sanders were excused.
The following persons appeared to apply for an Operator's
License:
Michelle M. Cikanek Bobbi M. Rewey
Michelle M. Saganski James Lovald
Ald. Hilt moved to recommend approval subject to favorable police
report. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Request for Extension to Offer to Purchase
Industrial Park Addn. #l - Orchard Investments (Herriot-Grunewald
Joint Ventures). Ald. Hilt moved to defer to the March 13, 1990
Finance Committee meeting to discuss further with Industrial Park
Broker. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed service agreement for Software Support for the Miscellaneous Accounts Receivable System from Business
0
Records Corporation at a pro-rated fee of $675.00 for the 9 month period from April 1, 1990 to December 31, 1990. The partial year system is offered to bring MARS support in sync with other
packages. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
