MINUTES OF MEETING HELD FEBRUARY 13, 1990
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Salentine at 6:30
P.M. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke and H.
Sanders, Ald. Taube, Ald. Simmons, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald.
Patterson, John Henderson of Mooney, LeSage, Inc., and Malcolm
Guinther of Guinther & Associates.
The Committee further reviewed Offer to Purchase for Industrial Park Addn. (Phase III) for 3.4 acres on the corner of Racine
Avenue & Saturn Drive in the amount of $90,000. This offer is
contingent on option to purchase an additional 3.5 acres on
Challenger Drive, bordered by Enterprice Drive and Saturn Drive for a purchase price of $26,000.00 per acre with a closing date
on or before 9/l/91. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval.
Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Waukesha County Block Grant
Applications. Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend approval of the
City of Muskego's Waukesha County Block Grant requests. Seconded
by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Amendment to Offer to Purchase for
Industrial Park Addn. for Filocha. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend
approval of amending closing date to March 15, 1990. Seconded by
Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Amendment to Offer to Purchase for
Industrial Park Addn. for Wesco. Ald. Hilt moved to recommend
approval of amending closing date to March 30, 1990. Seconded by
Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request for purchase of computer equipment
in the amount of $6,780.00 for the Tess Corners Volunteer Fire
Department which was an approved Capital Budget expenditure.
Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend approval. Seconded by Ald.
Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed request from Little Muskego Lake District
for possible advancement of funds for 1990 with Little Muskego Lake Commissioner Taube. This request was deferred to gather more information.
Ald. Dumke moved to approve Release of Funds for Willow Pond-
Phase II in the amount of $2,461.68 for work performed, leaving a
balance in the account of $73,373.62. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.

Ald. Dumke moved to approve payment of Emerald Park Attorney Bill
for $8,498.92. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.

Ald. Dumke moved to recommend payment of General Fund Vouchers in the amount of $8,146.25 for 1989 and $257,840.70 for 1990 and
Utility Vouchers for 1989 of $77,043.28 and $123,997.77 for
1990. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Hilt moved to approve one year service agreement for
Quarterdeck Systems, Inc. for Police Department tape backup
system in the amount of $260.00. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders,
motion carried.
