MINUTES OF MEETING HELD OCTOBER 10, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt, Dumke, H.
Sanders, Ald. Taube, and Ald. D. Sanders.
The Committee interviewed Elaine Kroening for an Operator's
License. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval subject to
receipt of favorable police report. Seconded by Ald. Hilt,
motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Request from the Parks and Recreation
Board for authorization for expenditure of park dedication funds
in the amount of $5,460.00 for the purpose of extending the Bay
Breeze Recreational Trail. Ald. H. Sanders moved to recommend
approval. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed a request for top soil for the Bay Breeze
Recreational Trail. Ald. Dumke moved to approve the sale of 200
yards of soil at $1.32 per yard to Ingersoll Development to
complete the Bay Breeze Recreational Trail. Seconded by Ald.
Hilt, motion carried.

The Committee reviewed bill for Emerald Park Negotiating Attorney
in the amount of $1,662.51. Aid. Hilt moved to recommend
payment. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend payment of General Fund Vouchers
for $158,032.86 and Utility Vouchers in the amount of
$52,103.89. Seconded by Ald. H. Sanders, motion carried.
