MINUTES OF MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 26, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members Hilt and Dumke, Ald. Patterson, Ald. Taube, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald. Simmons, Treasurer Sanders, City Clerk Marenda and those per the attached
list.
The Committee reviewed the Treasurer's position for the upcoming
term with Treasurer Sanders. A discussion was held on the duties and work load. Aid. Dumke moved to send to Council without a
recommendation. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed Offer to Purchase for a parcel in the
Industrial Park Addn. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend acceptance
of the offer of $96,000 for an approximate four acre parcel
received from Delta Group, Inc. as presented by John Henderson of
Mooney, LeSage & Associates pending review by the City
Attorney. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of payment of General Vouchers in the amount of $1,656,662.73 and Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $221,304.95. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion
carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 P.M.
