MINUTES OF MEETING HELD TUESDAY, JUNE 13, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. by Chairman
Salentine. Also present were Committee Members H. Sanders, Dumke
and Hilt, Ald. D. Sanders, Ald. Taube, Ald. Patterson, Ald.
Simmons and Police Chief Johnson.
The Committee further reviewed 1989-90 Liquor Licenses. The
Committee reviewed the outside premise request for Irish Spring House. Ald. Sanders moved to recommend approval with an 11:00
P.M. restriction. Seconded by Ald. Dumke, motion carried.
The Committee reviewed correspondence from Assessor DeAngelis
dated June 12, 1989, requesting a transfer of $100.99 to cover an
over-budgeted amount for the Des Moines Iowa Assessors
Conference. Ald. Dumke moved to recommend approval of an
expenditure of $100.99 from the Assessor's Professional Services
Account. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Dumke moved to recommend payment of General Vouchers in the
amount of $279,487.52. Seconded by Ald. Sanders, motion carried.
Ald. Sanders moved to recommend payment of Utility Vouchers in
the amount of $32,036.72. Seconded by Ald. Hilt, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 7~25 P.M.
